Walk to Run Program - Week Ten Congratulations! You've made it to week ten of the Walk to Run Program. Hopefully you've found the last 10 weeks a great experience and be running further than you were a couple of months ago. This week's program will keep you on the right track to maintain the fitness level you have achieved over the past weeks. If your feeling confident....great! Watch out for future training programs which will help you build more endurance and set you some new challenges. We'd love to hear about your progress via our Facebook page. Happy running! Monday: jog for as long as possible, walk 15 minutes. Tuesday: rest. Wednesday: run 20 minutes, walk 10 minutes, jog 10 minutes. Thursday: rest. Friday: jog for as long as possible, walk for 10 minutes. You should be jogging for up to 30 minutes. Saturday: rest. Sunday: Easy run 30-45 minutes |
